Las películas Cónclave y Wicked lideran las candidaturas con 11 cada una lideran la lista de los Critics Choice Awards 2025.
Se anunciaron los candidatos de la 30 edición de los Critics Choice Awards, los prestigiosos premios que celebran los grandes logros en cine y televisión. La ceremonia tendrá lugar el 7 de febrero en The Barker Hangar de Santa Monica, con Chelsea Handler como conductora. Desde su creación a fines de los años 90, estos galardones otorgados por la Broadcast Film Critics Association se han convertido en una pieza clave de la temporada de premios. Este año, la gala se prepara para ser una de las ediciones más memorables por sus tres décadas de aniversario.
Cónclave y Wicked encabezan las nominaciones, con 11 menciones cada una, lo que las posiciona como las grandes favoritas de la noche. Las siguen de cerca Dune: parte 2 y Emilia Pérez. Las cuatro producciones compiten en la categoría de Mejor Película, junto con otras realizaciones destacadas como Un completo desconocido, Anora, The Brutalist, Nickel Boys, Sing Sing y La sustancia. La ceremonia será transmitida en vivo a través del canal de TNT y TNT Series (cobertura en español), pero los usuarios de HBO Max también podrán disfrutar de la premiación en directo. En Argentina será a partir de las 22 horas.
